How Do I setup my reseller account?
Your reseller account will come configured but you will still need to put your hosting packages into the WHM control Panel, This is done by logging into your WHM at http://www.yoursite.com:2086 and clicking on "Create Package"

My reseller account is setup but it still doesn't work?
Please send an email to our support department.

I can't login to my reseller control panel?
First double check your are using the correct Login URL for example www.yoursite.com/whm or www.yoursite.com:2086, if this fails please email support.

How do I email my reseller customers?
In WHM you have the option of emailing all of your customers, By simply clicking on "email all users" on your control Panel.

How long does it take for my reseller activation?
Reseller accounts are activated within 0 to 6 hours of receipt of payment how ever some times we do have delays but this is rare and due to obtaining IP addresses from our IP supplier

How do I bill my Customers ?
To bill your customers you will need a billing system, Hostweb Live recommends Modernbill and can provide this for you with your reseller account at a fee of $19.95 AUD month for a 50 client License and $34.95 a month for an Unlimited client Lease. We can also install this for a onetime fee of $20 AUD and setup your modernbill system at a fee of $149 AUD this includes Package setup, API setup, Email Templates, Payment Gateway Setup, Order wiz setup and much please contact us for more information.  (Custom work will be charged extra at $30 AUD an hour)

How Do I setup my Dedicated Server?
If you have a managed server your server will come setup, if not the dedicated server may have had a setup fee and this also means your server will come setup otherwise Hostweb Live can provide a  competitive price for your server to be setup if you are not capable of configuring your own server

My Server appears to be down?
First of please open MS-DOS command prompt On your PC by clicking on start/programs/accessories/command prompt on your pc and then type "ping yourdomain.com" if you do not get any results please email support..

I can't login to my Dedicated Server?
Please email support after double checking your password, Please do not try to login in to many times as you may trigger your servers firewall and lock yourself out.

How long does my server order take to be activated?
Sever orders are activated within 0 to 48hrs from receipt of payment and within 24 hrs being the normal setup time. Some times we may be out of stock but we will notify you if we are.

Does Hostweb Live Manage My Dedicated Server?
If your Server comes managed then yes if it does not Hostweb Live can arrange to have your server Managed by Professional Linux/windows Server administrator from $30 AUD a month please email sales@hostweblive.com.au should you wish more information on our managed add-ons..
