How do I transfer my domain to Host Web Live?
To transfer your domain name to Hostweb Live simply go to our Domains Page and enter the domain you would like and select transfer option the click on the next button.

How long does the  transfer take?
The transfer can take anywhere from 1 to 72 hrs to be completed

My domain is in redemption, how to renew?
By paying your account in the Online account manager

How do I renew my domain name?
When it comes time for your domain name renewal an invoice will be sent out to you in order for you to update your registration.

How do I manage my domains?
You can manage you domain in the online account manager by simply logging in and select "my domains"

How do I change  contact details?
All Non .AU domains are registered in real time providing you make payment with credit card or paypal , AU domain registrations take 2 to 24 hrs for registration

How do I change DNS information?
To update your domain names DNS information you would login to your domain registrars control panel if you domain is with Hostweb Live you would follow the above steps otherwise log into your domain registrar directly and updater your name server information to reflect Hostweb Lives DNS information

Please go to the Billing Login Page and click on "forgot my password"

My name servers aren't updating?
Please ensure you have allowed 72 hrs for your domain to sync through the web and then contact us to lodge a support request
